Lemon Icebox Pie

Crust:
12 sheets of graham crackers
5 Tbsp melted butter
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar

Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
Juice and zest of 1 lime (optional)

Combine crust ingredients in food processor.  Form to 9” pie plate and bake at 350 for 14 mins.  Allow to cool.
Combine filling ingredients in food processor.  Pour filling into shell and refrigerate until cool.
