Scrambled Eggs Au Gratin

Ingredients

6 Tbsp.  butter
6 Tbsp.   flour
3 cup  milk
1/2 tsp  salt
1/2 tsp  pepper
12 eggs
1/2 cup  milk
2 Tbsp.  butter
1/2 to 1 pound  bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 pound  mild cheddar, grated


Step 1
In large pot, melt 6 Tbsp butter; blend in flour until smooth. Slowly add 3 cups milk. Simmer and stir constantly until thickened and smooth.  Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2
Beat eggs with 1/2 cup milk.  Melt 2 Tbsp butter in skillet over medium heat.  Pour in egg, stirring until fluffy, cooked.

Step 3 
In greased casserole pan, combine cheese, bacon, eggs and sauce, stirring to blend.  Refrigerate.  

Step 4
Bring to room temp.  Bake at 325 degrees for 30 mins.  Serves 10-12.
