Rosemary Roasted Cashews

2 1/2 cups unsalted cashews
2 Tbsp  coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp  butter, melted
1 Tbsp  dark brown sugar
1 tsp  kosher salt
1 tsp  ground cayenne pepper




1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
2. Place cashews on a baking sheet
3. Bake in the preheated oven until warmed through, about 10 mins
4. Stir rosemary, butter, brown sugar, salt and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl.
5. Pour warm cashews into the rosemary mixture and toss to coat.  Serve warm or allow to cool and store in airtight container.
